Dealing with wind
I have a show tomorrow and we will likely get a little rain and some wind. I can handle the rain but I'm more concerned over the wind. It's looking like gusts of around 13 mph. I do have tent weights (2 sets of sandbag style and one flat weight set. I think that'll be around 25 lbs per leg) and tie downs for the canopy and I've done what I can to weigh down my products. However, I'm unsure about the walls. Should I use my tent walls, or will that be worse with the wind? I wonder if it's better for the wind to blow through? Is there anything else I can do to prepare? Any tips or advice for dealing with wind?
My first ever event last year was windy and I had no idea how to deal with it then. My tent blew over and bent one of the legs. I JUST got a new tent and I do NOT want that to happen again.
