Help please

Hello fellow writers,
I was wondering if I could have some help with something kinda specific.
So my character (16-yr old British girl who is a MI6 spy, she’s a legacy as both her parents, older brother/sister and her twin brother are also spies) gets kidnapped multiple times in the story I’m writing with my two best friends (we each have our own character which are K, a 18 yr old Russian thief, E, a 17 yr old Scottish assassin) and was wondering what would be the best way to either drug her (if so what would the perfect drug combo to keep her out) or knock her out without physically hurting her (also how would one go to torture someone mentally but not physically)
For context:
She’s very naive and background is that at 12 she almost got kidnapped, and 14 a mission went terribly wrong and she “lost” her twin brother and had to be knocked out to keep her from killing the guy that had to hold her back from the assassin. Then at her current age 16, she is on a mission with a 18 yr old Russian thief, 17 yr old Scottish assassin, and she realizes the assassin is the same one from two years ago.
Then near the ending of the story she gets kidnapped by her “boyfriend” who was just using her to try to get the information he needed)
(For context We started this story in May 2020 when we were 15, 15 and 16. I’m 21 and my two other best friends are 22 and 21 respectively now, and we are still in the very early process of this story)
Again we are still very early in the process and some things may not make sense but it’s also cause we haven’t had a chance to fully sit down and plot it
