St. Charles Streetcar - Friday night 5/15
It's been a week since I was looking out the window of the St Charles Streetcar on my way home from dinner and music with my brother and his girlfriend. We got on at Oak Street and I was taking in all the beauty of the area out the window when I saw you -- checked shirt, backpack, and super cute -- get off at one of the stops (I don't know which). You looked back at me and then walked towards my window and said the sweetest thing with such sincerity. I was caught so off guard and think/hope I managed to speak the words "thank you" before you turned and walked away. It was such a pure moment and your sincerity was palpable. Truly, I saw it in your eyes and felt it in my chest. Thank you for giving me that moment. I cherish it and hope with all my heart that life brings you a million of those sweet moments.
New Orleans is special and I sense that you are, too. Thank you from Austin, angel. You gave me one of the best moments of my NOLA weekend. 😘
