Slow Shipment Processing
Small rant. I placed an order for shipping on Sunday and it hasn’t shipped as of today (Thursday). Ok, annoying but whatever. I then received an automated email unprompted today that they are working to ship orders received “on or after May 13th.” (They must be really behind to have felt the need to send this...) Is that not a bit ridiculous for a company as big as B&BW? They ask people to pay high shipping fees and then can’t even get orders out the door in 8+ days. Feels very “we cut our fulfillment staff down to the absolute bare bones to hoard more money, maybe they won’t notice…oops, they noticed.”
Anyways, this is me officially lobbying for Saltwater Breeze to come back in store because that’s the only reason I did an online order to begin with. Ugh. 🙅🏻♀️
