I had a one year lease just expire with only one tenant and no pets. Upon inspection, it was very clear there was more than one person living in the home and there were pets. ( unauthorized person receiving mail at the address, pet damage/dander/items) Is any damage/wear that I’ve come across considered normal or excessive? Like the carpets in poor condition, wall patching, burn in on glass stove stop?
