Hi! This question may have an obvious answer but I do Instacart in the Summerlin Las Vegas area a lot of the time, and I often come across gated communities that are digital if it makes sense? There is a screen instead of just a number pad. The customers always give me a code but I’ve been struggling to find out where to put it as there seems to be no direct place to type it in. And the if you take longer than 20 seconds a security person comes on the line and they usually let me in but one or two will be less lenient. I’ve gotten lucky and have been able to get in every time, but I would just like to know for future reference! :)
