Heart? AFIB? Scared. 😨

Male, 66 yrs, overweight-198 at 5’7” Yesterday after returning home from a 7-hr flight was resting and got alert (attached). Felt fine- tired but fine. No sweating.

Admittedly over indulged while on a 12 day trip- fatty food, sugar, alcohol. Tons of lifting of luggage and walking. No high cholesterol previously. No detection of blockages at calcium screening 2 months ago.

Background: Two yrs ago had leg sepsis after a cortisone shot in knee for mild arthritis (!) in which some bacterial infection unexpectedly got started. This caused AFIB and a clot at the time- first health Issue ever. Clot resolved in affected leg after sepsis was treated. No further medication was necessary since 2 yrs ago when this occurred. No heart issues in these 2 years.

CANNOT get any in-person appointments at either primary or cardiologist until mid week NEXT week and am very scared this will not wait- both receptionists at these offices sort of shrugged it off. As there are no symptoms- pain or sweats, etc- both offices said NO emergency rm as it isn’t an emergency.

Is it? Could it just be an irregularity rather than a prediction of a heart issue closing in???!!?!? Absolutely terrified and would welcome any dr’s knowledge! Thank you in advance. ⭐️
