Hi, first time posting and asking help here.

First time doing this exercise, I really feel my lats working and contracting at the bottom so I like to practice it more and incorporate it to my program.
My problem is I'm having some shoulder problem (Right only) when I'm doing the "sweep" so in the going down motion only. I feel something like clicking in my shoulder.
To anyone that can answer, do I need to need to elevate my scapula at the top/going up too? Do I need to depress and/or retract my scapula at the bottom/going down? Because he didn't say anything about that in the video.
