Roadblock
I (F22) used to be 300 pounds. I lost 150 pounds naturally through diet and exercise and weighed 150 at my lowest. About two months ago, I got injured and haven’t been able to exercise and I have gained 10 pounds back. It feels absolutely awful. The injury was to my knee and I’m not able to walk properly or work as long. I have continued to exercise how I can but nothing seems to be working. It’s really messing with my body image. I feel how I used to again and it’s really discouraging. Any tips on weight loss while injured? Or at least how to hang in there until I can properly exercise again?
