Second Interview tips and advice - applying for as ASM position
Hey guys,
I recently applied for an assistant manager role (I believe it's now called a coach because of restructuring and rebranding of positions?) I'm an external candidate who used to work with the company.
I had my initial interview with the store manager a week ago today over TEAMS. It looks like the interview went well because during the interview she said she wanted to set up a second interview with the co manager.
Yesterday I emailed her to just say "thank you" for giving me the opportunity to be interviewed and to see if there was any news she could give me about the position. Long story short she said she still wants me to have an interview with the co-manager.
Can anyone provide me any tips or feedback on what to expect during a second interview? The types of questions that are asked etc.
