VA Loan Short Sale
Need help if anyone has experience with a VA short sale.
I’m about to PCS selling the house would mean out 20k ish as my loan is underwater still. Renting it out would mean out of pocket about $600 as rent is not enough to cover mortgage and property manager fees.
