Hello I want to try brewing some tea with mushrooms and I have some questions.

What temperature is best for brewing high or low?

Also is there a certain amount of time they should steep? Is longer general better? Is it that big of a difference!

Lastly are there any beginner tips that you would recommend? A method of brewing or any kind of device that works best.

Any advice would be appreciated!
