Is there anywhere in Mesa that does in house photo development for disposable cameras? I’ve been to Walmart and a couple drug stores and they all send away with a 3-4 week turnaround time

I am looking for a place to drop yard waste. Would have about a pickup truck load. More than my green bins can handle. Anyplace in the East Mesa area that accepts it?
