Can anyone help answering this. I am in NSW.

We worked overtime on the Saturday (Anzac Day) which is overtime for us.... they also worked Monday. I did not work that day. Today I was told that our rates for Saturday would be regular overtime rates as the day didn't fall on our regular 38 hour working week and that Monday would be the Public Holiday rates. Is that correct or does does sound dodgy.
