I use this oral appliance for sleep apnea by Panthera. Overall it works pretty well but every few months the brackets snap in my sleep… I grind my teeth like crazy.

I no longer live by the dentist that I got the device through. So whenever one breaks, I have to call them to get new brackets and they mail them to me but won’t give me extras.

Does anyone know where/how to buy the brackets?
