Hello, first time posting and hopefully it fits into this sub. Need to know if I can still take my driving exam appointment despite the label saying I’m no longer eligible for it. I’m taking in Texas DPS

Is not first time I saw this, I was supposed to take a few days ago, but it was raining heavy on the same day of my appointment. When it happened and saw the schedule, I assumed they cancel due to heavy rain, but now it says the same words, I’m not sure what to take from this.
