For those of you working in FQHCs in Florida (especially dental), what clinic do you work for and what’s it really like there/ what’s the tea?

Do you genuinely recommend your workplace or would you avoid it? How’s the culture, leadership, support, workload, mentorship, PTO, scheduling, pressure/productivity expectations, and overall work environment?
