Beautiful flower

That sprouted in my driveway

No soil no nutrients and surrounded by pavement

Yet still it blossomed

Most beautiful flower

I have ever seen

Every bee wanted it pollinated

But every rat wanted it devoured

Sprouted in a city

Polluted with rats

Starved with an appetite

That feeds off beauty

But I thank my god

For all the cats around

I want nothing more

Than to see my flower

Blossom beautifully

But I can't tell the difference

Between the

Rats and cats anymore
