I’m currently 17 and my practical test is coming up early July and so I need to find a car. I currently have my eyes set on two cars that I think will suit my situation. The Hyundai i20 and the Seat ibiza. I think they look really nice which is a somewhat large factor into what I want.

From my research i’ve seen that these cars are quite low cost and can hold up well and as I cannot find a job low cost is crucial. I would usually do short city trips but I will go on the motorway to see family, which trips are typically 2 hours max.

My question is which would be the better car and if you had any other recommendations that maybe better?

I’m 17 years old living in the uk and I have £0 next to my name. I’m always struggling to pay for things that I want and I have never been able to have the luxury of having my own money. My question is what’s the best way I can make money? I have looked for part time jobs and they either don’t reply or I don’t have the experience for them. I have next to no skills to offer but I drive to make money.
