Anyone know of any good Australian estimating/reference books or resources for standard labour hours?

I’m trying to price jobs and need benchmarks for labour time on things like installing doors, concrete works, PC items/fixtures (basins, toilets, etc.). Looking for something standardized rather than just guessing.

Beginner here and stuck between two used drawing tablets for the same price (~200 AUD):

XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro Gen 1 (used on ebay)

Huion Kamvas 12 (brand new off the website)

Never owned a drawing tablet before, so I’d love some advice.

Main things I care about:

beginner friendly pen feel reliability/drivers ease of setup value for money

XP-Pen has the much bigger screen, but it’s older.

Kamvas 12 is newer and more portable, but I’m worried 12” might feel cramped.

If both were the same price, which would you pick and why?
