Traded in my 2019 highlander recently because of persistent issues ive had with it since I bought it roughly a year ago. Went online to browse what kinda cars they had and found that they are reselling it as a clean carfax vehicle w/o mention of any issues (it had roughly 15k worth of warranty work done).
Is there any recourse to make sure these scummy salesman dont fuck someone else over?
