My workplace's performance reviews are now entirely assessing us on how well we use AI 😭
What the fuck happened to my career.
Why is my performance rated on how I'm burning tokens?? Why is the AI output preferred over my actual expertise?? Why are we being graded on not doing our jobs ourselves??
I uh..... This feels dystopian. I'm so sick of hearing about AI.
