Apple vs Garmin
I know the lack of Garmin compatibility has been talked about in both the Garmin and Heavy subreddits. But I have a question.
How many here are in the boat I am in? I literally chose the Apple Watch Ultra 3 over any Garmin, specifically because of the lack Hevy integration on Garmin devices.
I know Garmin must be developing a paid app for its own gear. That's the only reason they'd refuse to allow Hevy the access needed to integrate. But... I'm betting it's costing Garmin a lot.
I'm curious if anyone else is in a similar situation.
Sorry if this already exists in this same form. My search-fu didn't turn up anything other than the obligatory "it sucks Garmin doesn't work with Hevy" posts, and that's not necessarily what I'm after. I wanna know who put their $ on the line and chose Apple specifically because their products work with Hevy, and Garmin's don't.
