Like the title says, I’m pretty sure the corporations have hit the end of the road for maximizing profit and have turned to sensory integration and groups as the last remaining way to micromanage for increased revenue. Am I being hypersensitive/overreacting or is anyone else seeing the writing on the wall? This ship feels like it’s about to sink. I’ve worked in 3 SNFs since 2013 and all 3 have led me down this same path.
Why else is this being pushed so hard other than it being the last remaining way to squeeze the labor in this setting ?
