We’ve been living in this house for 13 years. The other day there was a bug up close to the ceiling in the shower and I climbed up on the “seats” in the shower and once I had the bug I looked down.
There is a gap between the shower trim, and the dry wall / wall.
I am adding pictures. The arrows are pointing at the location of the gap, along with pictures of the gap.
How should I go about sealing this? I’m handy enough to do whatever, but materials are what I’m clueless about for a shower.
I did inspect all around the gap and behind it, the 2x4s are all bone dry, no moisture or mold (the shower head is below the trim).
So how should I seal this up?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
