So I’m pretty sure I got the carburetor dialed in right because it will hold idol but when I go to ride it and get on it, it gets choppy and sputtering. What could the problem be?

Just got this bike (hawk250) hasn’t ran in idk how long from the guy I got it from so I cleaned the carb, put new oil in, new battery and new gas, check fuel line and made sure the gas valve works and it’s all good and the carb is getting gas. But I can’t get the bike to run without me holding the throttle, one I let off it just dies. It struggles to start too I kinda have to force feed it gas. What could I be missing or doing wrong? Bad carb ? It’s a nibbi 28 I believe
