I was 14 when TLC's Waterfalls came out in 1995 and I remember being awestruck by this beast of a song. The groove holds up even 30 years later, which cannot be said of most pop music from the 90s. When i rediscovered the song around 2005/2006, I think I must have jammed along the bass track like 1000 times. At that time I also found out that the artist was one Mr. LaMarquis "ReMarqable" Jefferson. I'd like to pay this gentleman some respect and catch up on some of his work. Any recommendations on where to start?
