Key won’t turn past “off position”
I was tasked with swapping a 2018 Pro master transmission into a 2015. The 2018 has a rod knock and the 2015 has a bad transmission. It went smoothly pulling out the transmission in 2018. I went to pull off the 2015 from the trailer that they loaded the van on. It has no power to the gauges. It won’t let me put it in neutral. I swapped battery’s from the 18 to the 15 heard the van get power, but same thing. I can put the key in the ignition and it won’t turn. The key pulls out the ignition so I know it has power. The braided ground cable from the motor to the transmission is tight and fine. I am totally stumped. Anyone had this issue before? I was trying to turn the steering wheel back-and-forth to see if the steering wheel was locked and it actually locked so now I can’t even roll it off the trailer. Help plz

What adapters do I need to run these rims
From center to center of stud it’s 7 1/4 “ what is the appropriate adapter from a 8x6.5 to 8 lug 7.25”
I have a 04 Chevy 2500hd 6.0 with 8x6.5 bolt pattern.
I was told these were for my truck but they are not.
