Every tournament we fall short we blame the lack of system, managers picking on names over form, managers picking and playing players that don’t fit w/e system we’ve picked and more excuses.

Finally we have a manager (with a winning record) who has picked a system to play and is picking players to fit that system, exactly how clubs do it.
