DirtyMed OMM deck - card/text layout

Hi all, I downloaded the Dirty Medicine OMM deck but the layout is very odd (picture attached) especially when I try to do cards on my phone. The text appears super large and I am not sure how to change its size. Sorry I am a newbie to Anki. Many thanks!

Hi all, I think something happened to my anki after some update. Before, the content under “extra” used to appear automatically without having to hit the button. Now, the stuff under “Sketchy1” appears automatically. How can I switch it back to the content under extra?
