Minor spoilers for the far side routes

>! I understand why she essentially doesn't appear in the far side narratively but what I don't understand is why SHIKI/Roa is still around for Shiki/Akiha to deal with. Since Shiki didn't murder her in the far side, shouldn't she be at full power? And isn't killing Roa her entire goal? I get thematically that the far side needs her out of the way to focus on its heroines, but it also kinda makes her seem about as effective as Gae Bolg lol !<
