I am currently waiting for STEM OPT physical card and my 180 days extension had ended last week. I do have an approval from uscis stating that my STEM opt ead is approved. What does the email mean and should I do ?

26 year old with 564 credit score — what's the best way to improve it?

Hey everyone,

Looking for advice on improving my credit score. Here's my current situation.

Scores
TransUnion — 564
Equifax — 564
Experian — 505

Current accounts
Capital One Savor One — $1,500 balance on $3,000 limit
Capital One Quicksilver — $0 balance
Discover — $922 (closed account, 30 days past due, just made current this month)
BofA — $800 (closed account, 90 days past due, just paid and made current this month)
Hyundai car loan — recently added, on time

Payment history
On time with Capital One since opening both cards. BofA was 90 days past due — paid and made current this month. Discover was 30 days past due — made current this month. Zero collections, zero public records, zero bankruptcies.

What I'm already doing
Actively paying down balances. Just zeroed Quicksilver and brought Savor One down significantly. Plan to pay off both closed accounts completely within 3-4 months using higher income from a new job starting soon.

My question
What else can I do to improve my score? Am I missing anything obvious? Any advice appreciated.
