Chopard "Happy Diamonds" ETA 201.001 Service advice...please :)

So, this valuable Chopard landed in my lap at work with a cracked sapphire ring crystal, scratched front crystal, chipped rubies and a tiny (stupidly tiny at 10mm OD), intermittently working ETA 201.001 running the show. I suspect a watch butcher or two has pawed at the movement and some water ingress into the case through the o-ring that presses against the outer rim of the dial.

I've successfully sourced the crystals and semi-successfully cleaned and serviced the module (it's back together and I didn't break anything, so far). There are only 2 oiling points on the rotor jewels (used Moebius 9000).

However I can get the 2 hands moving for perhaps a few minutes, then they will stop. Coil and the quartz oscillator appear to be functional, there is a 60s pulse and the Witschi Tech Handy II is picking up the rotor impulses- showing +0.38 seconds/day accuracy, even when the hands are stationary. I cannot use the rear contact to advance the time.

I've inspected everything under a high power microscope and nothing jumped out as problematic, apart from the rear of the dial that acts to hold the train in place - there are 3 o-shaped wear marks that could indicate the dial is sitting too low?

Whats next? Could the rotor have lost its magnetism? A foul in the train or on the back of the dial? Circuit running out of puff?

Looking for troubleshooting steps and tips...pls and thank you!
