"Type A Organizer" - I cannot help but plan and start purchasing!!

Anyone else who thrives with planning and organizing? Hhaha

I am only 10 weeks but cannot help myself and have started adding to cart and baby shopping.

I know it is SO early but I have already been planning what pushchair and car seat I want, what add-ons! I even see things on marketplace like bouncers and feel like I should get them too!

(To be fair I actually was already planning this while TTC and "knew" what I wanted before even seeing a positive test so now I feel the urge to start buying!)

Travel in first trimester?

Hello! My Hubby & I had a trip booked for his 30th birthday for ages. However, I will now be Week 11 - Week 12. It is a short one hour flight and just for 4 days.

Has anyone travelled in similar week before and was it ok? My Dr said "Generally it is fine although if you can postpone it is better to travel after first".

Not that I don't listen to my Dr.... Just as she left it quite "open" am wondering what other people's opinions / experience are?

Tips to increase protein intake?

I am really struggling with food aversions and nausea. I have not been able to eat any meat/chicken/eggs. I would love to be able to eat eggs as I keep seeing how beneficial they are but just the thought right now makes me queasy.

Any tips to increase protein intake, foods you have found "safe"?

Hello! This is more I suppose towards those who have had children before. I am curious how much weight you put on in previous pregnancies? I know all bodies will be different but just wanted some idea from real life experiences. My Dr yesterday mentioned really I should gain 8-10kgs.

Some of you may have seen that I had a fist scan booked in for Friday at 6w2d but only found a yolk sac. I went back today and I am over the moon that we saw the embryo! We also saw their little heart beating on the screen!! We got to hear a tinyyyyy beat but it wasn’t very clear but Dr said it’s normal not to hear it and not to worry.

So happy with this progress xx
