Should insurance companies charge a higher premium or higher out of pocket for treating the unvaccinated against diseases with effective vaccines?
Auto insurance companies charge a higher premium based on driving record and propensity for accidents. Should health insurance companies do the same - not for preexisting conditions at birth - but for diseases that would otherwise be prevented by vaccines?
