Issues with flare ups
I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this but I think I’m having a return of my endometriosis.
I have had two lap surgeries where stage 1 endometriosis was found, my gyno has suggested I might have adenomyosis due to my pain levels.
I take 200 mg of progesterone every night and I haven’t had severe pain until this period. Tonight, I ended up doubled over in pain with some of the worst cramps I feel like I’ve ever experienced. I can’t get off of my heating pad and I’ve taken 4 midols today.
My last surgery was in November of 2025 and I’ve been pretty okay since, no de habilitating cramps until this period where I’m bleeding more. I have an iud so I’m not usually a heavy bleeder but it’s been heavier than normal and coming with extreme pain.
I’m at a loss and I’m so upset, this pain ruins my life it feels like.
