Thoughts on Tilal Binghatti?
I’ve been seeing a lot of responses for Tilal Binghatti with a lot of mixed reviews. I wanted to get an idea from an agent and client perspective.
Personally I think it’s a good project, especially during the earlier phase it’ll be a good entry point.
The prices start around 4.2M for 4 bed townhouses which will definitely increase in the remaining 2 phases.
5 bed townhouses, especially the 5 bed grand looks like the most ideal investment with only 31 units available. The competition to sell it later on will be much better compared to other options like the 4 bed townhouses, which has around 712 units.
What do you guys think of this one? Is the area quite further away? I did my university from academic city and I think the location is pretty good, especially for residents who want to stay in it.
Are the prices reasonable for the value they’re offering? Another main question will be “who’s buying at this time?”. Regardless of the questions and doubts I still see a lot of people interested, even at the sales center. A lot of clients walking in.
I want to get an idea of what concerns and pros other agents and clients see in this project.
