I was thinking of moving here to pueblo from utah (originally from California), since it has some familial significance and seems like a good place, is there anything I should know? That and if the job market is good as well apartment advice

I am planning to move to new Orleans in 2 months, I want to know if there are any budget friendly places in the city I can rent preferably under 1000 dollars a month
I have looked at 200 carondelet which is high on my list, and is there anything I should look out for in the city other than the obvious (street side hustlers, stay out of the 9th ward and central city, ect.)
And another question on how the job market is looking because I plan to get a job immediately when I get there
