Very recently I noticed Artorias (the fish) have a strange wobble to his left (our right) eye, like it’s not as attached as it should be. It’s also got some fluid build up as you can see on the bottom. I’m wondering if he whacked it on something.

I’ve had him (her? Idk) for about five years, he lives in a 65 gallon with a few other fish and has been happy and healthy up until now.
