Good evening everyone, I am writing this because I previously had a petty theft no contest charge 2 years ago. I am 21 years old and I am very much regretful for what I allegedly did and I don’t believe that it demonstrates my character once so ever. I am very eager to go into the plumbing field and I just applied to be a pre apprentice at my local union. It scares me very much that I feel blacklisted in a way and employers might not take a chance on me. It is my only record and I am a very trustworthy person. I really just want to be able to start a career and hands on work would really mean a lot to me. I hope someone can ease my worries by writing back to me.
