5 week weight gain

So I weigh myself weekly and stood on the scale for my Friday morning weigh in only to see I've gone UP!! 1.4lbs! I took 2.5mg for the first month and had just completed my first week on 5mg. I had no weight loss last week either. The first three weeks was a total loss of 12.5lbs. I'm eating approx 1200-1400 calories daily, depending on appetite, getting in my steps and 3L water. What's going on?! I've been so upset about it all day as this medicine really is my last chance to lose weight, nothing before this has worked and I have tried EVERYTHING!

Daily nausea

Hi, I am on week 5 of my journey so early days (4 weeks 2.5, 1week 5mg). I've been reflecting over the last 5 weeks and when I think about it, I've had nausea pretty much every single day since starting. Some days it's pretty mild or just a short bout, other days it's intense and makes eating hard. I also experience frequent loose stools.

I am back with my GP in a fortnight and will speak to him then. On my first appointment, he did say if I could ride out the initial side effects for the first few weeks, they will settle down. So I guess what I'm wondering is, will this nausea (or at least frequency) settle down? Weight loss is pretty steady at 12.5lbs over the 5 weeks but I just can't imagine feeling like this for the foreseeable.

At home workout

Hi, I'm looking to add some exercise to my routine. Currently I walk daily and make sure I'm getting my steps done. I'm anxious to avoid losing muscle so would like some recommendations on what exercises/YouTube channel I can do at home to help build/maintain muscle. I am unable to attend a gym, work full time and have three children under 7 so it needs to be short blasts, 10/15mins here and there. I have access to a walking pad, 5kg kettlebell and a few light dumbells. TIA x

4th dose of 2.5mg symptoms

Hi, I took my fourth dose from my first 2.5mg pen yesterday evening. The first week I had mild appetite suppression and zero side effects. This continued throughout the doses, constipation kicking in at dose 3 but got that sorted. However, I woke this morning with the worst headache imaginable, vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. It is now almost 3pm, the headache hasn't improved much. I have been unable to eat anything due to nausea. I feel absolutely wiped (had to go into work).

Has anyone else experienced this? Minimal side effects and then bam!! 4th dose comes and knocks you sideways? I'm supposed to be moving to 5mg next week as the suppression disappeared after the end of week 2. Any suggestions on how to relieve these symptoms or minimise the risk of them happening again?

Thanks in advance x

Hi, I've been reading through the posts here and feel like I have tried everything I've found.

I started mounjaro just over two weeks ago. I had little to no side effects apart from a little bit of constipation towards the end of the first week but the second dose sorted that out and I was going again as normal. However, towards the end of the second week, things started to slow down again. I added in a daily kiwi (skin on) and figured my third dose would get me going again anyways. Well I took the third dose on Wed and I'm still not going. I am easily getting 3L of fluids daily, plenty of fruit, I took a glass of prune juice yesterday and today and even added lactulose this evening. Still no joy and I'm starting to feel miserable now. What else can I do? What am I doing wrong? TIA

Edit to add: I'm getting a minimum of 7k steps per day
