I am sorry for my actions and my abusive behavior and too anyone who felt uncomfdable or unsafe by me or how iv acted im sorry too everyone iv verbally gone off at and I am disappointed and ashamed and can see that I was been destructive and reckless especially with my driving I used justification for my behavior too avoid taking responsibility for my anger problem. I take responsibility for how iv been treated and can see how people may feel justified in how I was treated.

All in all im the only person who has taken any responsibility for anything and changed.
