Help

So I’m 14 months post op with a septorhinoplasty. From the very first post op appointment I complained about lack of breathing. I can’t breathe. After my 8th mpo, plastic surgeon advised me to go to ent bc he ‘don’t know why’ I can’t breathe. I saw ent and he said I have collapsed nasal valves. He also suggested filler bc of ski slope deformity. So I spent over 1100.00 on that consult plus filler. The ent suggested vivair procedure to help with breathing and that with a discount will be 1500.00 and I’ll be awake for it and there’s no guarantee it’ll work and I may need the procedure done more than once. My plastic surgeon won’t pay for this btw. The ps offered a revision but I’m terrified of him. He completely botched my appearance and the physiology of my breathing. What should I do? I’m still paying off this botched surgery and can’t afford to pay for a revision. The plastic surgeon is board certified so I thought I did enough research on him. Should I let him take cartilage out of behind my ears and attempt to repair this mess? He didn’t even put packing or splints after the surgery and the ent said that was a bad call. Please advise on what you would do. Thx. I’m so disappointed and had to relearn how to eat and sleep bc I can’t breathe through my nose. I wake up gasping. It’s completely affected my life. 😭
