My first batch of compost!

Just screened my first batch of compost! Looks, feels and smells great. Should I let it cure now and, if so, how long? The temp has been stable at 80 degrees for a few weeks before I screened it but not sure if I should set it aside for another couple of weeks now that I’ve screened it. I’m in Florida and it gets pretty hot / rainy so if I should set it aside for another couple of weeks, should I cover it with something to protect it? If so, what would make a good cover?

My first batches. Gravity read 1.002 last I checked and then I back sweetened, added about 2 tablespoons of honey to each batch. Sweeter now but still has a heavy hoppy flavor to it. Kind of bitter. I used mead yeast. Not sure what went wrong. Any thoughts on how I can improve the taste? They’ve been aging for about 6 months now.
