Document 360 with Salesforce Knowledge
Hey, does anyone have experience integrating Document 360 with Salesforce? It is documentation platform and we are looking at integration options. Idea is to manage documentation in Document 360 but leverage it in Salesforce as Knowledge for case resolution and for Agentforce as knowledge base as well.
Where there any main obstacles to overcome during implementation?
