1. Draft best guard available (acuff/flemings)

2. Trade claxton to GSW for pick 11 if Mara is available who is then our back up behind Dayron.

3. Trade MPJ for to twolves (who desperately need an outside shooter second option) for Randle and 1-2 FRPs. Alternatively trade to Houston for our pick next year

4. Sign Mike Conley as a veteran presence to mentor our many young guards

With the lottery odds flattening in the upcoming years our mid FRPs are much more valuable as lottery dart throws.
