I want to go swimming outdoors. Screw it.
Has anyone dared to go swimming outdoors? How bad did your melasma get? I am planning a vacation to Thailand, debating whether to use the hotel pool. My mental health is terrible now.
BUT If I can stop caring so much, then who really cares if I have a sun 'stache? At the end of my life, I will regret not living more than I regret the pigmentation.
