Hi , I am a foreign trained dentist and gave up on giving licensing exams due to financial constraint , I really want to go non clinical and work in hospital settings in managerial or leadership roles but to get in the system I want to know what should I study or courses that I can look into that can make me enter hospital settings . Any guide will be helpful
