Laid off within 7 months
I (27M) joined a good PBC 10 months ago, even though the company itself is a good one, the team and org I joined turned out to be the shittiest ever. The structure is like its the least significant org and everyone in it knows that. The whole team was fighting for the spotlight with ease other and the managers were encouraging it. I didn’t play their game and was laid off three months ago. Instead of feeling bad, I actually felt relieved.
For the last three months, I have been searching for a good opportunity to, but to my luck I got like only two good callbacks from 300+ of my applications.I tailor-made the resume to atleast 50 of these applications. Now I actually lost hope, I was about to be engaged during this time, but stopped the whole process.
