I have مكرمة معلمين and I got 99.4 in IG , do u think this makroma would make it much more likely to be accepted into medicine ?

Im a Jordanian IG student who got 99.4 and I want to apply for medicine , is it for sure that I will have to do this exam and is it ok that I only start preparing only after I get sent a message to attend it ?
